I believe that from game, especially playing, we can take some positive things that we couldnt get from other ways
(like multitasking ability, make desicion faster in real life, etc.)
From game we can also built strong and genius character, if we play with friends, we can improve our communication skill and enlarge our links, and the benefit that's definitely we get from game and playing is happiness and 'healthier' life.
